Former Las Cruces Chief of Police (1959 - 60). Flanagan's photos and negatives include manySheriff's and police related subjects as well as personal and Las Cruces area photos. His papersinclude articles and clippings on Arizona, especially Hoover Dam. There are also Sheriff's andpolice related papers.
